Cleantech Bulgaria held the Demo Day of the Danube Energy + Tool pre-acceleration program under the framework of the 3rd Regional Networking Thursday.

On April 30th, 2020 the Demo Day of the pre-acceleration program Danube Energy + Tool was held virtually. During the event, 11 innovative teams pitched their green energy business ideas.

Some of the young innovators’ green business solutions include: a car-sharing phone app; sustainable advertising services, making our urban environment greener and more pleasant; an electric car with batteries made from recycled materials, as well as other innovative ideas.

The event is attended by a diverse group of stakeholders, both from Bulgaria and abroad. Throughout the whole event, the audience asked critical and intriguing questions to the participants, which facilitated the long-term development and improvement of their business ideas.

The event ended with a discussion between the young innovative entrepreneurs and the audience.

The event was held under the project Danube Energy+, funded by the Interreg Danube Transnational Programme 2014-2020.
