Today, 3rd October 2024, marks the launch of TRANSFORMATOR, a two-month intensive programme aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in developing sustainable solutions.
This is the first edition of TRANSFORMATOR in Bulgaria and is implemented as a joint partnership between Social Innovation Solutions, the Coca-Cola Foundation, Cleantech Bulgaria and United Bulgarian Bank.
19 organisations – 13 SMEs and 6 NGOs – will participate in this transformative programme and will undergo tailored training aimed at achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), led by leading sustainability experts. The program includes online sessions and two in-person workshops focusing on key topics such as Introduction to Sustainability, Requirements and Preparation for Reporting by Integrating SDGs, Setting Targets and Identifying Key Results (OKRs), Introduction to Sustainability Communication: Old Game, New Rules, Creating a Sustainable Business Model, etc.
Participants will have the opportunity to meet with leading experts and organizations, learn from sustainability practitioners and experienced leaders, and forge new partnerships in sustainability. The programme offers not only training, but also the opportunity to build a network of like-minded individuals committed to transforming their businesses and organisations towards a more sustainable future.
