

Primer is an accelerator programme created and certified by the European organization InnoEnergy and is realized in Bulgaria by Cleantech Bulgaria.
The goal of the programme is to train and prepare entrepreneurs with ideas that have business and market potential.

- Lean startup methodology
- Business model canvas
- Reaching the market and sales
- Intellectual property protection and legal aspects
- Creation of a business roadmap
- B2B marketing strategies
- Analysis of existing competition
- Financial and investment aspects
The course is considered successfully completed once the following 6 components are carried out and handed in by the participants:
- Letter of intent
- Business model canvas
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Go-to-market strategy
- Business roadmap
- Presentation
Who is the programme intended for?:
The programme is suitable for individuals and teams in an early development stage of their idea, thus providing them with the necessary toolkits to analyze their business potential and structure their business plan.
We are looking for innovators who:
- Are working on an innovative solution which contributes to the sustainable future of Bulgaria
- Have an enterprising spirit and strong motivation to develop their business idea
*Existing MVP is an advantage but not a necessary requirement
The program ends with an official Demo Day, where each team presents their ideas to an expert jury. All training materials are in English. The lectures and practical lessons are conducted in Bulgarian and English by the team of Cleantech Bulgaria and international guest lecturers.
