Pioneers into Practice

Pioneers into practice is the only program aimed at reaching professional mobility of the EU in the fields of systemic green innovation. The program trains and develops the new generation professionals in Europe by providing them with the necessary knowledge and instruments, as well as with an opportunity for professional exchange in some of the most innovative organizations in Europe.

Pioneers into practice provides:

– 4-6 week long internships in Bulgaria and abroad in some of the most innovative companies and organizations
–Work on individual and group projects, focused on finding solutions to real-life challenges
– Online trainings on the topic of system innovation
– Mentoring and training in the field of innovation
– Financial support during the professional internship

The programme is created by the largest European community directed at the development of climate-positive innovation – Climate-KIC.

The programme is aimed at young ambitious professionals who want to learn and apply innovative models for sustainable development, as well as at host organizations (companies, institutions, NGOs), which want to implement innovation solutions in their line of work.
