Our team suggests some insights in the newly launched EU-level policy brief on Sustainable Innovation with highlights from Bulgaria, developed within the CASI Project in which Cleantech Bulgaria is proud partner.
CASI project responds to main EU Programme for funding of innovation and science, Horizon 2020 and more precisely to its Societal Challenge 5 (Climate Action, Environment, Resource Efficiency and Raw Materials) with the main objective to develop a methodological framework for the assessment and management of sustainable innovations.
Monitoring of policy approach towards sustainability of innovations all across Europe is one of the various ambitious actions implemented by the CASI team to achieve the project goal.
The herewith presented policy brief comes as an output of the policy monitoring endeavour of CASI and discusses how key policy developments at the national level are related to sustainable innovations and connects the sectoral analysis with policy developments at the national level
